All set up....

Made my online reservations for the cooking school and also set us up to stay at The Hyatt Regency in Miami on the last night of our trip.

Off to do some housework!

Gary added some 'pizazz' to our blog last nght!

If you are enjoying the music, the artistic photos and the addition of Remy the Rat from Ratatouille on the blog page, please know that Gary has done some enhancing.

Thanks, Gary!

Today.... Elle figured out the dilemma!

So now, geographically, we can accomplish all of the things we want to in the time allowed.

Here was the issue (now solved): How to attend my last cooking class on Saturday, the 29th and still make it to the Loire Valley in time to see a few things, then back to CDG to fly back.

We will stay in Paris one more night, pick up a car in Orly on Sunday morning, drive to the Loire region, see some Chateaus, spend the night, drive northward and see 2 more famous Chateaus, spend the night, then make it to airport on Tuesday morning.
Perfect! It was complicated!

Everything we want to see and do is included. It's truly amazing.

I will make my reservations for the cooking school online today, then go about finding a suitable hotel for our last night of the trip in Miama. Can you say dinner in South Beach??? Whoo Hoo!

58 Days and I can't wait!!!

58 days and we will hoping a plane to Paris. Lori is getting the cooking thing together and I am setting up times with a French teacher to learn French. I am learning a little French via tapes, books, internet and computer. It is really sad when your computer chuckles at your accent. Cie la vie!

Just a picture for Elle

58 days and counting!!!

So....

Elle and I are trying to work out a few logistics as we complete the last few details of the trip.

Current dilemmas: cooking class, car pick-up and making it to the Loire Valley and back to CDG airport without too much undue stress.

We are both buried in work and everyday life and we have to fit in our conversations in carefully scheduled times.

It's all so incredibly exciting and giving us both something amazing to look forward to in our lives.
